Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics, functional, and marketing cookies — which you may withdraw at any time; and Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for essential site functionality and security.

Data we collect
Arena collects only what is needed to deliver a meaningful experience: page interaction patterns (aggregated), form submissions you choose to send, and preferences you set. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the UK, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format (data portability). You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch. EEA residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
Third-party services
Arena's fonts are served from the same origin (self-hosted). We do not use Google Fonts, third-party advertising networks, or social media trackers. Page performance monitoring via Netlify is gated behind analytics consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date above will always reflect the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date and displaying a notice on the site.
